  • Grant F. Shipley

    Grant Shipley was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on August 22, 1945. He received his A.B. from Brown University in 1968 and received his J.D. (magna cum laude) from Indiana University – Bloomington in 1975.

  • Bruce Scott

    M. Bruce Scott is a partner at Shipley & Scott. He was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan in September, 1962 and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana until his family moved to Decatur, Indiana in 1977.

  • Laura Boyer King

    Laura Boyer King is an associate attorney at Shipley & Scott. She was born and raised in Fort Wayne and enjoys deep ties to the city. She received her B.A. from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne, where she received the Withers Scholarship and the Outstanding Political Science Senior Award.

  • Marie M. Lucas

    Mrs. Lucas began working in the area of bankruptcy in 2002 and joined Shipley & Scott in January 2007. With over eleven years of bankruptcy experience, Mrs. Lucas has focused her paralegal career on assisting clients with the bankruptcy process.

  • Historic Location

    We are located at the Baker Street Station in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Built by the Pennsylvania Line (Pennsylvania Railroad Company), the station remained in active service under Amtrak until the 1980s. The station has been renovated by private parties, with the grand concourse returned to its former glory.

    One block southeast of Parkview Field, our offices occupy the west wing, ground level of the station, formerly occupied by The Railway Express Agency. Free parking is available in the parking lot to the immediate west of the station.
